Return
All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure to repurchase another size or another item.
- You have 14 days to return your unworn, undamaged item(s) to be granted a store credit. Your package must be postmarked by the 14th day after it's been delivered in order to be accepted.
- Your return will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt and you will receive an email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
- Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.
- Customers must ship their items back using their preferred shipping method and are responsible for the postage amount. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- All items are carefully inspected for damage prior to shipping. However, in the case that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will issue you store credit to repurchase or we will ship a replacement out to you.
