Return and Refund Policy
We ship internationally using drop shipping.
Therefore, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
However, we will only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
■ When returns and exchanges are possible
We will only respond if all of the following conditions are met.
・If the product has an initial defect
If you receive the wrong product
If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
・The item must be unused and unworn.
■ When returns or exchanges are not possible
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Customer reasons (wrong size, different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.)
・Used or washed products
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
■ About refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is confirmed by our store.
A refund will be processed to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
(It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.)
